Four SOBs renewed their membership bringing the club total to 90. Judy Costlow and Edwin Crosswhite are still on track for the perfect attendance award.

Clare is organizing a ride to Albuquerque, Monday July 25.  The departure is from the hill behind Madrid.  By departing at this point the ride is about 45 miles and mostly a glide down to Albuquerque.  The plan is to meet at RR 599 station at 8:00 a.m.  You must make arrangements to get from the meeting point at the RR Station to the ride start point behind Madrid.  The ride will go at a gentle pace with a break stop along the way.  Lunch in Albuquerque, unknown adventures in Abq. to follow, and a return departing from the Downtown Depot on the 4:18 p.m., arriving 5:26 at the 599 Station.

Our first order for the new kits put us in the 24-49 category for short sleeve items. At that time, only short sleeve/sleeveless jerseys were ordered. The following items (plus the jerseys) can be ordered at the 25-49 price.

As the ordering date nears, the decision to stay at the 15-24 level or reach for the 25-49 quantity will be determined. Remember to tell your network of cycling friends about the SOB kits and keep in mind that this stuff makes a great "special gift" to cycling relatives and friends.

As of Wednesday, July 20, firm commitments have been received for 7 bottoms (minimum of 15 needed), 6 LS tops(minimum of 15 needed) and 10 SS Tops(out of 15 minimum).
