SOBs Info Notes - June
Some bad news: Wes Horner had a run-in with some rumble strips on Old Las Vegas Hwy. The subsequent fall left him with some road rash and a broken leg. He will be at St. Vincent Hospital tonight after they operate.

Tomorrow at 7 pm, (June 8) the Santa Fe City Council will be voting on a new ordinance for cyclists. This includes 5 feet for cyclists!. If we show up in numbers, they may get to it sooner than later. Please come to city hall at 7 pm if you are interested!
For the Thursday ride meet in El Dorado at the Agora Center (2nd light off Hwy 285). Those doing the Mora Loop (36 miles) will form into carpools and drive out to Sapello. The rest of the club will be doing the Zia Loop (27 miles) with Devon Dalzell.
Sapello is 13 miles north of Las Vegas, NM. Take I-25 north to exit 343, Hwy 518 to towards Storrie Lake State Park. Continue on Hwy 518 to the Chevron gas station in Sapello at the junction with Hwy 94, 13 miles from Las Vegas.

Our membership is at 80 and the average number of riders out for the Thursday rides is 28.3 riders.
